The Marco Island Sportfishing Club had their annual Pulled Pork Competition Picnic on September 12th at Sarason Park.  The competition wasn't the "hook 'n line type", instead six members were provided with pork butts and each prepared their butts with their secret ingredients.  We had two judges, Johnny Null from Joey's and Laura Owen, formerly head chef at CJ's and now owner of LBees Hospitality Services.  Prizes were awarded to the top three contenders. The Club had approximately 70 members attend and the various butts and fixin's were enjoyed by all.
