2025 Pompano Double Down Results

Pompano Double Down was held over six days- January 28^th through February 2^nd. Conditions were good, but water temperature was cold. Fishing was challenging with 7 pompano and numerous trout tallied. All boats tallied fish.

A new format was used with the total catch divided by the number of anglers on the boat.

Here are the results…

11  Teams totaling 27 anglers participated for a total of $270.00 in entry fees plus

          Club funds- $270.00 – Total Prize Pool  = $540.00

         Team Award

        1^st-  Ed Brown-63”-4 trout- $120.00       

        2^nd- Ken Robertson, Dave Dodd- 55”- 4 pompano- $100.00

        3^rd- Kevin Krygier, Chris Vines – 33.25”- 4 trout- $80.00

        4^th- Bob Schneider, Howard Laskau - 31.25”- 4 trout- $70.00

        5^{th -} John Mueller, Mark Ramer – 25.5”- 4 trout- $50.00

         Individual Largest Pompano Award: Dave Dodd-16.0”-$80.00

    Individual Largest Seatrout Award: Kevin Krygier-18.25”-$40.00

         Total Prize $ Awarded = $540.00
