| BUDDY TRIPS |
All of the Buddy Trips are inshore and back water. The boats all
start out together in the morning and fish most of the day. If a person
has no boat I try to match him up with a guy that has one.

| KAYAK TRIPS |
The general membership will be notified of upcoming scheduled kayak
fishing events by MSC newsletter, MSC website or by email. On occasion,
notices of impromptu kayak fishing events will be sent by email to
kayakers who are on the MSC kayak list. These are members who have
previously indicated an interest in kayak fishing. |

| PIED PIPER TRIPS |
The Marco Sportfishing
Club runs several "Pied Piper Trips" each year. These trips are free of
charge and are open to all MSC members. The goal of these trips is to
provide new captains, inexperienced captains, or those who want to
explore "outside of their comfort zone" with an opportunity to take
their boat on a group outing, learn some new routes, gain confidence in
their ability to navigate to specific destinations, have fun, and maybe
even catch a few fish along the way! |

| NUMEROUS FISHING EVENTS |
Club members will organize fishing
events on a regular basis. Some have prizes funded by a small
entry fee. Members without boats are accommodated on a space
available basis. However, we are not a charter business and no
member is obligated to take a "guest" on board. Any guest who
fails to observer the proper etiquette
will not likely be invited again on any club event.
Some examples: Whack-A-Whiting,
Snooky-Hooky, Sheepshead Tournament, Baiting Beauties, Sea Trout
Spotacular, Lizard Slam, etc.

| CONTESTS |
There are two on-going contests.
The "LEADER BOARD" is an annual
contest that targets a specific group of fish. Throughout the year
angles compete to catch the largest fish. Awards are typically
made at the January meeting.
The "FISH OF THE MONTH" contest is an
event that targets a specific fish each month. Cash prises are
awarded the following month. |
