MSC BACKWATER FISHING BOUNDARIES

MSC Backwater Boundaries have been revised and are now as follows: (see map)

Northern boundary: Gordon’s Pass
Southern boundary: Rabbit Key Pass
Eastern Boundary: Route 41
Western Boundary: 3 nm from shore

All waters must be Publicly Fishable

North of Marco Island as far as Gordon Pass
South of Marco Island as far as Cape Sable
Up to 20 fathoms (120 feet) from shore
